What to expect
To speed up the process of your virtual water saving visit, we ask that you answer a few quick questions, you can do that by clicking here.
Your water saving expert will contact you a few minutes prior to appointment, this is to check that you’re ready to take part. Please ensure that your smart device is adequately charged before your virtual visit.
To get started all you need to do is click the link that has been sent to you in your confirmation email. If you haven’t received this, don’t worry the expert and send this to you via SMS or email.
The expert will ask to you go to from room to room in your property and ask will ask you a few easy questions about your water usage. Don’t worry there are no right or wrong answers, if you’re not sure about anything just give a best guess!
Once the virtual visit has been completed our expert will arrange for a selection of FREE water saving products to be sent you. These products are easy to fit and non-intrusive, and if you don’t like them, you can always remove them at your convenience.
